Pure Tankless Flush LLC is not liable for any unknown, pre-existing, or unforeseen issues related to a customer’s plumbing system. If such conditions are discovered during the course of service, they will be immediately brought to the customer’s attention.

While uncommon, flush valves, fittings, or isolation valves may fail during normal operation due to age, corrosion, or wear. Pure Tankless Flush LLC only operates valves and fittings in their intended manner and cannot be held responsible for failures that occur under standard use.

In older homes, shutting off and re-pressurizing the water supply can occasionally dislodge rust, sediment, or scale within the system. This may result in debris entering fixtures or clogging internal components. If plumbing fixtures become restricted or fail to function properly after the system is re-pressurized, Pure Tankless Flush LLC will not be held liable for resulting repairs or replacements.

When connecting to or operating within existing water, drain, or gas lines, fittings or piping may become damaged due to their age or condition. If such components fail during service, Pure Tankless Flush LLC will not accept responsibility for the resulting damage.

By booking a service with Pure Tankless Flush LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
