We use a biodegradable descaling solution specifically formulated for tankless water heaters. It removes calcium, lime, rust, scale, and other mineral deposits. It also includes a metal protectant to guard against rust, corrosion, and oxidation during and after cleaning.

Mineral buildup restricts heat transfer and water flow. A layer as thin as 0.03 inch can drive ~30% higher energy usage and cost, which is why routine flushing is so effective.

Most services are 45 minutes to 1 hour. We set up, flush, clean filters, and restart the unit to verify flow.
